Attracting people to live and work in the region

It is universally acknowledged that our region needs to deliver a unique, imaginative and audience engaging strategy to attract people to move to Kalgoorlie-Boulder and surrounding region. Skill shortages, university enrolments, housing demand, basic service delivery all depend on our ability to convince people that Kalgoorlie is a city brimming with economic opportunity, with job opportunities across industries, and the highest average income in Australia. The quality of life is unparalleled, with a welcoming community, affordable living and the opportunity to work in the mines and return to your family every night. It’s easily accessible to Perth and the east coast, with all the services you’d expect from a city, including hospitals, universities, and top-of the range sports facilities.

RDAGE worked in partnership with the Citry of Kalgoorlie-Boulder,  the Eastern Regional Council Chamber of Minerals and Energy, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission to deliver a  Messaging Framework and Content Marketing Strategy to address the skills shortage/attraction issues impacting our region.
